Email is the preferred contact method for account, privacy and technical support because it allows us to keep a clear support record.

Account and sign-in help

If you forgot your password, use Forgot your password? on the Nailly sign-in screen. If you are already signed in, you can change your password from Profile → Settings → Change password.

Bookings and studios

For issues with appointment status, studio profiles or published designs, include the account email and enough detail to identify the relevant booking or studio. Do not send passwords or authentication codes.

Safety and inappropriate content

Use Nailly's in-app Report feature for designs and reviews where available. Reports are routed to the moderation queue. For copyright, safety or privacy concerns that cannot be reported in-app, contact us by email.

Privacy and data requests

For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, email the address above. Account deletion instructions are also available on the Delete account page.
