Delete your account
Nailly includes an in-app account deletion flow. Deleting your account is intended to remove the account and associated profile, studio, portfolio, booking and saved-design data, except information that must be retained where required by law.
Delete from the Nailly app
- Open Nailly and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile, then go to Legal & Privacy.
- Select Delete account & data.
- Review the warning and confirm the deletion request.
What is removed
The deletion process is designed to remove the authentication account and associated Nailly database records. User-owned profile and portfolio files are also intended to be removed from storage. Limited information may be retained only where required for legal, security or dispute-resolution obligations.
Before you delete
Account deletion is permanent. If you only want to update your profile information or photo, you can do that from your Profile without deleting the account.
Web request flow in progress. Nailly currently provides account deletion from inside the authenticated app. A dedicated authenticated web request option can be added before production store submission if required by the target store or market.
